Day off gadgets


Every year, on the first Friday of March (March 3), the whole world celebrates the Day of Disabled Gadgets "Nomophobia" - addiction to mobile phones. Try to refrain from using your mobile phone, at least for the duration of the promotion.

How to do it? For example, these days, leave the house without a gadget. Look around - and you will see how many amazing and interesting things surround you! If you have children, come up with active activities in the family circle so that the children do not have time and desire to pick up the phone.

To relieve visual fatigue when working with gadgets, try:

look into the distance for 20 seconds every 20 minutes;

alternately read electronic and printed books;

make periodic reminders in books that you need to take a break and look out the window;

avoid using the device outdoors and in brightly lit places to reduce eye strain from screen glare;

minimize the time of using a mobile phone if you have to talk a lot;

use the phone's speaker - this way you can keep the phone at a distance from your head;

keep the phone no closer than 2 m from the bed to distance yourself from the field emitted by it;

try not to talk for more than 3 minutes. Take 15-minute breaks between conversations. Make sure that the total number of conversations per day does not exceed 1 hour.

The Day of Excluded Gadgets aims to draw the attention of humanity to the dependence on technology and its negative impact, to engage in a one-day rest outside the virtual world that steals real life.

This day is a great opportunity to spend time with your family, do sports, take a walk in the fresh air, pay attention to yourself, and finally think about how gadgets prevent you from living a full and vibrant life.
