Dirty hands are a factor in the transmission of a whole range of infectious and parasitic diseases, including dysentery, hepatitis A, typhoid, cholera, noro- and rotavirus infections, helminthic infestations, acute respiratory diseases, viral pneumonia, poliomyelitis.


The "dirtiest" objects inhabited by microorganisms with which our hands are constantly in contact:



stair railings,

elevator buttons,

door handles,

handrails in motor vehicles,

money bills,

shopping baskets,

terminal screens,

telephones,

keyboards,

computer mice.




Instilling hygiene skills and the correct model of self-care in a child is very important from early childhood, where the main educator is the personal example of parents and teachers.
