Do you like dairy products?


Daily consumption of several servings of dairy or fermented milk products provides more than 50% of calcium needs and also supplies vitamin A, B vitamins, zinc and selenium.

ü Calcium, which is consumed as part of dairy products, has the most complete assimilation. Adequate calcium intake ensures healthy bones and teeth, functioning of the nervous system and blood clotting.

ü Consumption of dairy products is associated with a low risk of dangerous diseases - cardiovascular, cancer and diabetes.

ü It is a wise choice to use unsweetened dairy and sour-milk products of moderate and low fat.

ü The target level of daily consumption of dairy and fermented milk products is 2.5-3 servings per day.

Dairy or fermented milk product recommended portion size:

One glass of milk (250 ml)

One serving of yogurt (200 ml/200 g)

40 g of hard cheese

120 g of cottage cheese

The body CANNOT absorb more!
