Consultants of the I-TECH project (emergency management in the field of public health) visited the Lviv Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on a monitoring visit.
The visit took place as part of the implementation of public health emergency management programs in Ukraine with the support and coordination of the US Centers for Disease Control, I-TECH/Washington University.
During the meeting, specialists of our Center shared their experience of responding to various types of emergency situations that arose in the Lviv region.
The developed standards of operational procedures (SOPs) for groups of rapid response to various types of threats in the field of public health, resource and personnel capacities of the institution were discussed.
Together with the consultants of the I-TECH project, they determined the priority directions for further work.
