Let's return to the Ukrainian plate of healthy food

The last, fifth segment - fish, meat and eggs.

Chicken eggs are an important source of essential amino acids, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E) and water-soluble vitamins (B2, B12, folic acid), as well as important minerals - calcium, iron, iodine, selenium, zinc.

Adults are recommended to consume one or two chicken eggs per day.

You can make a lot of delicious and healthy breakfasts, snacks and dinners from eggs, and it's not just scrambled eggs.
