Regarding the outbreak of acute intestinal infection in the Lviv Region, we inform you:
15 children fell ill.
Of them, 7 were hospitalized, 8 were treated on an outpatient basis.
In the material from 2 patients, rotavirus was isolated.
As of now, all patients have been discharged from the hospital at the request of their parents in a condition close to satisfactory.
Laboratory studies are ongoing.
