Stroke prevention measures

The Lviv Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine continues to inform about stroke prevention measures! This is healthy food, namely -

1) Prefer olive oil when preparing salads or use a mixture of sunflower and linseed oil; add it a little, because 50 ml of oil is the average daily rate.

2) Eat fish dishes two to three times a week, of which at least one should be prepared from oily marine fish.

3) Choose dairy products of moderate fat content, give preference to lean meat.

4) Cook without adding too much fat.

If frying (although frying should be limited), then do not pour a lot of oil, a few drops are enough.
