The second medical conference "Spriniv Readings" was held in Sambir Oblast

A year ago, in the village of Sprynya, in Sambir Oblast, specialists of the Lviv Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine started medical conferences with the support of the Department of Health Protection of the Lviv Oblast and the Danylo Halytsky National Medical University.

General practitioners of family medicine of the Sambir Region, epidemiologists, heads of separate structural divisions of the Control Center, as well as community representatives interested in the development of the public health system are invited to participate.

Why were "Spriniv readings" started? - Nataliya IVANCHENKO, general director of the Lviv Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, said.

"In order to spread knowledge, in order for us to work as a single multidisciplinary team of prevention specialists and clinical medicine specialists. In order to prevent the occurrence of diseases that do not exist yet and to prevent exacerbations or complications of those that already exist. In order to reduce the risks of the occurrence and spread of both infectious and non-infectious diseases."
