Today about fish

Fish is considered one of the best sources of useful nutrients.


Among them are vitamin D and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are almost not found in other food products. The target level of fish consumption is two to three fish meals per week, of which at least one should be from marine fish. You should not chase after the most expensive fish or seafood, because the elements we need are contained in both herring and mackerel.
