Don't ignore vegetables and fruits. Children are recommended to eat at least 4-5 servings a day. That is, it is about every main meal. Fresh, boiled, baked, steamed or fermented – cook in any gentle way that suits your taste. Add low-fat salad dressings based on fresh vegetable oils and natural yogurts, and use herbs and spices for a brighter taste. In this way, food for children will be useful and tasty. A good alternative to fresh fruit is dried fruit, which can be consumed up to 3 times a week. You can take them with you as a snack to kindergarten, school or on a trip.
